How Does It Work On The Night?
Our all-inclusive private event service is designed to take the stress entirely out of hosting:
-
Unlimited, Continuous Service: We do not cook a fixed number of pizzas and package them up. We serve continuously throughout your designated serving window until every single guest is full and satisfied
-
The Pizza Round Buffet Flow: To ensure zero wait times, we cook a diverse selection of your chosen menu items simultaneously. Pizzas are sliced fresh from the oven and displayed on large wooden platters at a serving station of your choice for a seamless, roaming buffet experience
-
Complete Self-Sufficiency: We bring everything needed to prep, fire, and serve. Including high-quality eco-plates and napkins. We require no kitchen access, leaving your home completely clean and mess-free
Securing Your Event Date
1. Check Calendar Availability
Private function dates, particularly weekend evenings, spring micro-weddings, and peak summer milestones, fill up rapidly across Adelaide. Reach out early to lock in your preferred date on our calendar
2. Tailor Your Service Package
Coordinate directly with our family team to specify your exact guest numbers, finalise your custom menu choices, and log any distinct dietary needs
3. Let Our Family Handle the Rest
We fully manage the technical setup, continuous live cooking, guest hospitality, and complete clean-up, leaving you completely free to host, mingle, and enjoy your own memorable event
